Shipping & Delivery
Nothing means more to us than bringring our customers the faster shipping time possible. For EU the the average time is 5-7 business days and international 7-14 business days. We are continuing working to deliver a good and faster service
Where do you Ship From?
We ship all packages from warehouses across Europe.
What about custom Fees?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that the packages shipped to you may have to pay local customs fees when arrive at your country
Will my items be sent in one Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if they shipped combined. Dont worry, you will get all the products in the estimated delivery time and dont get any extra shipping costs.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there s a issue with your order, for example: wrong colour or defective, then simply contact us via email: hellocostumer@zenvorya.com and then we will resolve the situation giving you another product or the money back
